Sean Ansett is the founder of At Stake Advisors.  With over 10 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, he was formerly Director of Global Partnerships at Gap Inc. where he was responsible for the development of Gap Inc.’s stakeholder engagement strategy, management of supply chain labor rights programs and the creation of multi-stakeholder partnership programs globally. 

Sean has a Masters of Science degree in Business Administration and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Cross-Sector Partnerships from the University of Cambridge Programme for Industry.  He has published numerous articles on CSR and is a regular contributor to Ethical Corporation magazine.

Sean is currently a guest CSR lecturer at INSEAD www.insead.edu and is the European representative for Social Accountability International www.sa-intl.org
 
Most Recent Achievements:

* Global Partnerships Director who designed and implemented Gap Inc.’s global stakeholder engagement strategy repositioning Gap Inc. as a leader in Social Responsibility. 

* Global Compliance Senior Team member responsible for developing Gap Inc.’s policy and strategic plans for monitoring over 3000 garment facilities in over 50 countries.

* Chair of “Ethical Corporation’s Business-Government-NGO Partnerships” conference, March 2007.

* Member of United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Corporate Social Responsibility indicators for developing countries.

* Guest CSR lecturer at INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau, France, Fall 2007

* Guest CSR lecturer at Instituto de Empresa Business School, Madrid, Spain November, 2007

* Guest CSR lecturer at London Business School, London UK, October 2006.

Other Relevant Experience:
* Managed and evaluated over 20 multi-stakeholder partnership programs with stakeholders in Africa, the Americas and Asia, leading to significant social and environmental improvements in factories and communities.

* Launched stakeholder dialog sessions with more than 60 multi-stakeholder participants as part of Gap Inc.’s Social Responsibility reporting.

* Developed the Mexican and Caribbean Global Compliance program to ensure social and environmental code of conduct compliance in over 225 garment facilities in the region.
